Our goal at Southbell is to provide our members with an exciting path to achieving their goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring. It should be fun, varied and done with awesome friends!
Our team of certified coaches are professionals at combining results-based fitness and nutrition principles with loads of encouragement and accountability. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each others success.
Whether you want to lose belly fat and “tone up”, start moving again after sitting around for a long time, or you want to find your peak athleticism, we have a program for you.
You do not have to be in shape to begin! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to fitness. We teach people how to move well and confidently, which keeps them injury-free and motivated to continue chasing their fitness goals. The long-term result is some seriously fit people.
