One thing we know for sure is your fitness journey at CrossFit Southbell will be life changing.

Your initial consultation gives you the opportunity to learn about CrossFit Southbell and our world-class programs, meet our exciting team of staff, and do a fun workout.

Suitable for all fitness levels, abilities, ages, and sizes.

You’ll meet with one of our CrossFit Trainers and together, you’ll get to know each other better. Goal setting, nutritional guidance and personalized programming are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to your fitness journey.

We will introduce you to our facility, our programs, and some of the exercises and equipment we use.

All training at CrossFit Southbell begins with our On-Ramp Membership. Over your first month you will work privately with an experienced coach to:

  • build your general fitness base up to a high-intensity level
  • gain familiarity with the essential movements that provide the astounding results our program is known for
  • develop basic nutritional strategies to amplify your success

Private sessions allow you to develop and reinforce proper fundamental techniques and develop at a pace suitable for your fitness level. Your coach will work with you to ensure you have all the skills, knowledge and abilities you need to safely take your fitness to the next level.

The purpose of doing personal training prior to group classes is three-fold:

First, CrossFit is incredibly technical – it’s like learning an entirely new sport – so the same way you wouldn’t throw someone off the street onto the Varsity swimming team, we don’t throw people who have never done Clean and Jerks, Snatches, Pull-ups and Rope Climbs right into the fire of group classes. A sure-fire recipe for blunted results, and potential injury. We don’t skirt around the fundamentals. Instead, we take the time to properly teach you the movements so you’re confident and safe in your abilities by the time you begin group classes.

Second, one-on-one personal training allows us to address your individual needs, deficiencies, weaknesses and injuries. Everybody needs to work at a different pace, and we want to keep you injury-free to increase your longevity.

Third, we believe relationships with the people around you are going to enrich your life, and your relationship with your coach is no exception. We want to get to know you, your fitness goals, what’s going on in your life, and what you need from us to help you succeed.

Once you are able to demonstrate proficiency in the basic movements you’ll work with your coach to enter our group training program. Often you’ll stay on with a hybrid of a few personal sessions per month coupled with group sessions until you’ve got all the movements nailed down. Our On-Ramp Program also includes mobility work to keep your body happy and healthy, your personal nutrition template to eat for body composition and performance goals, a customized training program, and everything else you need for success.

The transition to group training sessions is where the fun really kicks into high-gear! With 20+ CrossFit Group Training Sessions each week, you have the freedom to train at a time that best suits your schedule.

Group Workouts are 60 minutes long and feature a variety of Skill, Strength and Metabolic Conditioning aspects that change every day to keep your body guessing and your brain from getting bored doing the ‘same old thing’.

Members also have the option of utilizing personal training sessions and nutrition focus sessions to supplement their training, practice progressions given to them by their coach or work on new skills.

Yes. If you are working towards a specific goal or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training Packages.
Your first day will include an initial consultation with your CrossFit trainer to complete body composition and fitness assessments. We will also review your health history, current exercise regimen and nutrition program. We will discuss your fitness goals to design a workout plan that will best suit you. All that plus an introductory 1-1 workout….. so sport your workout gear and big smile :)
We ask that members provide 30 days notice in writing via email to cancel a membership. Membership agreement terms apply. Contact info@crossfitsouthbell.com for questions on membership cancellation.
1. Head over to www.crossfitsouthbell.com and click “schedule” or simply click the button below.
2. Enroll in the training sessions of your choice at least:
  • Morning Training Session: no later than 10 hours prior to the class you will attend.
  • Afternoon Training Sessions: no later than 2 hours prior to the session you will attend.
    • Each session has a cap of 10 athletes. If the training session is full, you can sign up for the wait list. If someone drops because they are unable to attend, you have a chance of being added to the training session.
    • As a Courtesy to Your Fellow Athletes and Coaches, PLEASE remove yourself from any training sessions that you find yourself unable to attend.
      • AM Training Session: 10 hours prior to the session you are unable to attend.
      • PM Training Sessions: 1 hour prior to the session you are unable to attend.

*If there are zero participants enrolled for any session, a trainer will not be present to coach. Please make sure to sign up.
